What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, any relevant imaging (MRI, X-ray), a list of current medications, and a description of your symptoms and their history.
Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?
Yes — we accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major commercial insurance plans. Call our office to verify your specific coverage before your appointment.
How long does a typical appointment take?
New patient consultations typically take 45–60 minutes. Procedure appointments vary — most injections take 30–60 minutes including recovery time.
Will I need imaging before my appointment?
Existing MRI or X-ray images are helpful but not required. If imaging is needed, your physician will order it after the evaluation.
